These are my own invention. You can use rice cakes, but I like SkinnyPop Popcorn Cakes because they taste better and are thinner. I prefer the large ones, but as you can see in this photo, you can use the small ones as well.
You can put any kind of toppings you want. I like to eat low carb and gluten free, so I use Guy's Sugar-Free barbecue sauce. I just use a very little bit so it doesn't overwhelm the other flavors. You could use more sauce and add chicken, too, for a chicken bbq pizza.
After that it put Hormel pepperoni on top, and then sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Stick it in the microwave for a minute to a minute and a half until the cheese has all melted. These are really yummy. You could put whatever toppings you want on them.
